To celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Rogers Foods, we have assembled this "40th Anniversary Recipe Collection". Among the pages you will find both familiar recipes which have been requested by our customers over and over again through the years and brand new recipes designed for today's busy lifestyles.
Many recipes we have developed keep in mind the need for more fibre and less fat in our diets but also recognize the limited time many cooks have for food preparation. Wheat bran, oat bran, and whole grains have been used liberally throughout the Collection. On the other hand, you will also find some totally
decadent recipes intended for special occasions only!
For those of you wanting to try something new, we have included some interesting ethnic recipes such as Roti from Asia, Icelandic Vinatarta and a Norwegian Christmas Bread.
To complete the collection we are featuring the best of the entries in the various recipe contests sponsored by Rogers Foods. All the recipes in our Collection have been thoroughly tested in our Test Kitchen by our Home Economists and Lab Assistants.
