1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
3 ripe bananas, mashed
3 cups Rogers All Purpose Flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups chocolate kisses
Preheat oven to 350°F ( 180°C).
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and bananas and mix until smooth.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add to banana mixture alternately with sour cream, ending with dry ingredients.
Pour half the batter into a greased 13″ x 9″ (32.5 cm x 22.5 cm) cake pan. Combine cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle half of mixture into the cake batter. Top with 1 cup of chocolate kisses.
Pour remaining batter over top of cake mixture and repeat layer. Bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until cake is done.
