Armstrong
There has been a Rogers mill in this location since 1955. It started as a small stone mill in a granary and through many expansions, upgrades and technology additions, is now a modern, flexible milling unit.
In 1989 the company was purchased from the Rogers family by Nisshin Seifun of Japan, whose penchant for superior quality control and attention to detail helped form this state-of-the-art mill, bakery mix plant and grain flaking facility.

Chilliwack
The expansion to Chilliwack happened in 2005 with the construction of this 250 tonnes/day beautiful, modern, impeccably clean, Ocrim-equipped flour mill. This efficient milling unit is highly automated and specializes in white flour milling. It produces consistent performing, baker friendly flours.
The new mill’s flour has been widely accepted and a 50 tonne expansion was completed in 2010. The plant design allows for expansion, so that the ever-growing demand for Rogers flours can be met.
