Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Combine ROGERS NO ADDITIVE/ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, ROGERS LARGE FLAKE OATS, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

Cream together butter, peanut butter and brown sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake for about 10 minutes.

YIELD:
about 30 - 35 cookies.
