In a large bowl, combine milk, lemon juice and ROGERS 9 GRAIN and let stand for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Add egg, oil and brown sugar to 9 grain mixture and beat well.

Combine ROGERS NO ADDITIVE/ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and raisins and stir well. Add dry ingredients to liquids, stirring just until blended.

Spoon into prepared muffin cups and bake 15 - 20 minutes.

YIELD:
12 muffins.
