Peanut Butter 9 Grain Crispies
. . . truly a crisp, buttery cookie.

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Combine first 5 ingredients, stir well and set aside. Cream together butter and peanut butter; beat in sugar, then egg. Beat until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll small pieces of dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with a fork. Bake 10 - 12 minutes.
YIELD: 36 - 40 cookies.
