Combine ROGERS 9 GRAIN, salsa and milk; let stand 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Combine eggs, oil, sugar, cheese, cilantro and green chillies; add to the ROGERS 9 GRAIN mixture.

Combine ROGERS NO ADDITIVE/ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, cornmeal, baking powder and salt; stir well. Add to the first mixture and stir just until blended.

Spoon into prepared muffin cups. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
