Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until light and creamy.

Into another bowl, measure ROGERS NO ADDITIVE/ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, baking soda, salt and ROGERS LARGE FLAKE OATS. Stir well.

Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Stir well. Stir in chocolate chips and raisins. Drop spoonfuls of cookie batter onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 12 - 14 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven. Remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
