Jumbo Chocolate Banana Cake

Preheat oven to 350°F ( 180°C). Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and bananas and mix until smooth. In a medium bowl, combine ROGERS NO ADDITIVE / ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, baking powder and baking soda. Add to banana mixture alternately with sour cream, ending with dry ingredients. Pour half the batter into a greased 13" x 9" (32.5 cm x 22.5 cm) cake pan. Combine cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle half of mixture into the cake batter. Top with 1 cup of chocolate kisses. Pour remaining batter over top of cake mixture and repeat layer. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until cake is done.
YIELD: 40 squares.
