Oatmeal Banana Cupcakes

1 1/2 cups ROGERS NO ADDITIVE / ALL PURPOSE FLOUR375 mL
1 tsp.baking powder5 mL
1 tsp.baking soda5 mL
1/2 tsp.salt2 mL
1/2 cupbutter or margarine125 mL
1/2 cupsugar125 mL
2eggs2
1 cupmashed bananas250 mL
2/3 cuphoney150 mL
1 cupROGERS LARGE FLAKE OATS250 mL

 

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Combine ROGERS NO ADDITIVE / ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.

Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas and honey. Add flour mixture and stir well. Stir in ROGERS LARGE FLAKE OATS. Spoon into prepared muffin cups. Bake 20 -25 minutes or until done.

 

YIELD: 12 large or 18 medium cupcakes
