Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine ROGERS NO ADDITIVE / ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, ROGERS OAT BRAN, soda, salt and nutmeg.

Add to the butter mixture. Beat until well blended.
|
Drop by teaspoon onto a baking sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake for 8 - 12 minutes or until golden. Leave cookies on sheet for 2 minutes before placing on cooling racks.

YIELD:
40 - 50 2" cookies.
