Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Cream together butter and peanut butter. Add brown sugar and beat until light. Add egg and beat. Stir in ROGERS OAT BRAN, ROGERS NO ADDITIVE/ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, and baking soda until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Roll dough into small balls, approximately 1/2" (1 1/4 cm) in diameter. Place on prepared baking sheet and flatten with fork.

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until cookies are golden. Lift off cookie sheet and cool on wire rack.

YIELD:
30 - 40 cookies.
