1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup raisins*
1/4 cup sunflower seeds*
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds*
