2½ cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
3 cups peeled, cubed apples
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Rogers All Purpose Flour
½ tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350° F (180 °C).
Prepare topping by combining Rogers Porridge Oats, Rogers All Purpose Flour, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Cut in butter until the size of coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans and set aside.
To prepare fruit mixture, stir blueberries and apples together in a large bowl. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle over fruit; stir to coat fruit.
Place fruit mixture into a lightly greased 8” x 8” (2 L) cake pan. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit. Bake 40 – 45 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden.
