Ingredients

1 1/4 cup ROGERS 100% WHOLE GRAIN WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1/2 cup ROGERS OAT BRAN
1/2 cup ROGERS LARGE FLAKE OATS
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup dates, chopped
1/4 cup coconut

Instructions

1.Preheat over to 350 F (180 C).
2.Combine flour, oat bran, large flake oats, brown sugar, bakig powder and salt in a bowl. Stir in melted butter and vanilla. Mix well.
3.Add dates and coconut.
4.Spread mixture into an un-greased baking pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to stand 5 minutes then cut into squares, but leave in pan to thoroughly cool. Remove from pan and serve
