Cranberry Bars

YIELD: 24-30 bars / BAKE TIME: 30-35 minutes / Print Recipe


Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Prepare a 9″ x 13″ pan.

Stir together flour, baking soda, porridge oats and brown sugar. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly.

Press 2/3 of the crumb mixture into prepared pan.

Stir cranberry sauce, dried cranberries, nuts and orange rind together and spread over bottom layer.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned.
