Hovis Bread

YIELD: 1 loaf / PREP TIME: 10 minutes / BAKE TIME: 35-45 minutes / Print Recipe



Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).  Prepare loaf pan.

Combine all ingredients and stir until blended.  Don’t over-mix.

Pour batter into loaf pan (will be clumpy) and bake for 35-45 minutes. Test with tester.

The flavour improves if you keep it in a plastic bag after it has cooled and use it the next day.

Yield:  1 loaf.
