Ingredients

1 cup ROGERS GRANOLA RASPBERRY FLAVOUR

1 cup ROGERS NO ADDITIVE or ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 cup margarine

1/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 340F (175C).

Combine granola, flour, baking soda and salt.

Cream margarine and sugars together; beat in egg and vanilla. Add dry mixture and chocolate chips; stir well.

Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheets.

Bake 10-12 minutes.
