Ingredients

1 1/4 cups water
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil/shortening
1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1 cup ROGERS DARK RYE FLOUR
2 cups ROGERS WHITE BREAD FLOUR
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
This is a fine textured, light rye bread which is easy to slice. Made in your bread machine.

Instructions

1.Program bread machine for regular bake cycle or follow the directions in your bread machine manual.
