In a bowl, combine ROGERS PORRIDGE OATS & ANCIENT GRAINS, chia,
sunflower seeds and spices, then set aside.
In other bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, honey and vanilla.
Blend wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of four hours or overnight.
Once chilled you can transfer to an individual parfait glass or mason jar. Then layer and/or garnish with sunflowers seeds and fruit.
Overnight Not Just Oats can be stored in the refrigerator for two days.
