Program the bread machine for manual or dough cycle. When the cycle is complete, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface.

Divide dough into 12 - 18 pieces depending on the size of bun you would like. Form into buns. Place buns on a lightly greased baking sheet. For hamburger buns, flatten slightly.

Cover and let rise for 20 - 25 minutes until doubled. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 - 20 minutes.
