flakes, wheat bran, oat bran, and flaxseed that
is excellent for cooking as a breakfast cereal
and for adding to baked goods.

Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Stir 1 cup (250 mL) Rogers Porridge Oats and 1/4 tsp salt (optional) into 2 cups (500 mL) boiling water. Cover, reduce heat and cook 8-10 minutes. Cook longer for a softer cereal. Yield: 2 cups (500 mL). Microwave: For a single serving, combine 1/3 cup (75 mL) Rogers Porridge Oats and 2/3 cup (150 mL water in a microwave-safe cereal bowl. Add salt to taste. Cook on full power 2-3 minutes, stirring once.
