We absolutely agree with Kristie from The Sweet & Simple Kitchen on this one; muffins always taste better when slathered with a little butter and jam. Adapted from our very own Raspberry Oatmeal Muffin recipe, we think that adding the sweet raspberry jam to the centre of these fluffy baked goods is nothing short of genius. PURE GENIUS we say!

Whole Wheat Banana Pecan Streusel Coffee Cake… now say that three times fast! We love how Allison from Yummy Beet combined a WHOLE lot of our favourite things using our WHOLE wheat flour. With a little streusel on top and a little streusel in the middle–we’re sold. Officially adding this to our list of recipes to try!
