Ingredients

1 1/4 cup ROGERS 5 GRAIN GRANOLA
1 1/2 cup ROGERS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 egg
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
A 5 Grain muffin full of flavour!

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Measure Rogers 5 Grain Granola into a bowl. Remove 1/4 cup granola (without raisins) to use for topping; set aside. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg to granola in bowl. Stir to combine.
3.Beat egg; add brown sugar and vegetable oil and mix well. Stir in milk and applesauce.
4.Add liquids to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Spoon into prepared muffin tins and sprinkle tops with reserved granola.
