Directions
- Preheat over to 350F
- Cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Combine the dry ingredients together in separate bowl and alternate adding dry ingredients to the batter with buttermilk.
- Pour batter into a loaf pan
- Prepare the crust and sprinkle evenly over the batter
- Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes
