Directions

In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until softened.

Add ROGERS PORRIDGE OATS & ANCIENT GRAINS and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in raisins, apricots, and broth; cover and simmer over low heat until liquid is absorbed, 10 to 12 minutes.

Stir in parsley, if using. Season with salt and pepper.

The pilaf can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for two days or in the freezer for up to four months.
