Directions
- Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Mix in egg, water, and molasses.
- Mix in dry with wet.
- With your hands roll 2 inch balls of dough and roll in sugar covering all sides.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients for the icing while you wait.
- Once cooled, pipe on the butter frosting and enjoy!
