Mom’s Favourite Banana Muffins
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare muffin tin.
Combine flour, porridge oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
Beat eggs. Add oil, sugar, milk and mashed banana and stir well.
Add dry ingredients to liquids and stir until just blended.
Spoon into prepared muffin tin and bake 18-20 minutes. Remove from tin and cool on wire rack.
