In a blender, add Rogers Porridge Oats & Ancient Grains and blend into a fine flour.
Transfer flour into a 2 cup (500 mL) wide mouth Mason jar.
Add kefir and milk to flour in Mason jar, stir well with a spoon.
Refrigerate oat mixture in Mason jar for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
In a blender, add the frozen berries, banana, ice cubes, lime juice and mix. Add the refrigerated oat mixture and blend well.
Serve in 2 glasses (makes two 250 mL servings) and enjoy immediately!
