Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add peanut butter, brown sugar, salt and corn syrup and stir until smooth.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, Rogers 5 Grain Granola, almonds and cranberries and stir until well coated. Pack into greased 9″ (2L) square cake pan and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. When melted, spread chocolate evenly over the top. Cut into bars while slightly warm.
