#TryItWithRogers: Blood Orange Bundt Cake

Someone dropped off a beautiful box of perfectly ripe Blood Oranges at our Rogers HQ the other day and we decided to scour the internet to find the perfect recipe we could make for Valentine’s Day. We ended up on the Instagram account of Athena Calderone (@eyeswoon) and watched her make this beautiful Blood Orange Bundt Cake ‘unplugged’.

What’s so great about this cake is that the natural pigment in the juice of the Blood Orange makes the perfect pink tone of glaze to drape over the ridges of the cake. Also, we couldn’t get over how simple and easy this recipe was–nothing fancy, just good ingredients. We used our Rogers No Additive All Purpose Flour and the results were perfection. Needless to say, this recipe was an absolute HIT. With hints of bourbon and bitters, this cake has elevated flavour but without the fuss.
