2 cups Rogers No Additive or All Purpose Flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup butter

1 egg, beaten

1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Prepare baking pans.

Sift dry ingredients.  Add butter and mix well.  Add beaten egg and milk, mix briefly.

Form into a ball. Pull chunks off and form into a ball. Places on baking pan.

Bake 15 minutes, until golden.

Keep as is or add cheddar and chives or green onion for more flavour.

Serve hot with butter or margarine.
