Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare baking sheet.

Combine ROGERS NO ADDITIVE/ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in bun mix. Add milk to dry ingredients all at once and stir to combine. The batter will be quite sticky.

Using a tablespoon, scoop out dough and form into a round ball about 1 1/2 in. Place on cookie sheet then flatten slightly with a fork.

Bake for 10 minutes then cool on cooling rack.

Optional: Drizzle with glaze made with icing sugar and lemon juice.
