…steel cut porridge oats add a wonderful chewy texture to this tasty loaf. Made in your bread machine.

Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups water
1 ½ tbsp oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp skim milk powder
1 tsp salt
½ cup Rogers Steel Cut Porridge Oats
2 ½ cups Rogers White Bread Flour
1 ½ tsp instant yeast
Directions:
Bake according to your bread machine instructions.
Yield: one 1 1/2 pound loaf
